We currently ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. If you would like to purchase a DUO but live in another country, please don't hesitate to email us at and we will find a solution.

For all purchases within the EU, we add 20% VAT to the purchase price. For all other countries, we do not add VAT, but you need to pay local customs and duties.


We ship all our DUOs by tracked post and below are the approximate shipping times. You will receive the tracking number within 2 working days of purchasing your DUO.


We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds of products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion):

-you have provided the proof of purchase and you purchased the products within 30 days before the request for an exchange or refund;

-the products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered;

-the products are in their original undamaged packaging with any merchandise tags attached;

-the products are not sale items, custom-made, special buy products or gift vouchers; and

-you have included your order number with your return (which can be found in your order confirmation email).

Where you return the products to us for change of mind, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.

Contact us and we will provide the address to which the products should be returned with details of the reason for the return and your requested outcome (exchange or refund). We recommend you send any returns by registered post as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Once we have examined the products and your request, we will notify you of our determination by email. Please allow for up to 5 business days to process claims. 

We will make any refunds via the payment method used to purchase the products and will endeavor to do so within 14 days of acceptance of your claim.

We do not attempt to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, that you may have under applicable consumer law. If you wish to exercise your rights under an applicable consumer law, please contact us for further information.
